At Cyber Collectors, having been collectors of memorabilia ourselves for many years, we know how important authenticity and quality are to the collector. We provide a lifetime guarantee of authenticity for all our signed items. Our items are either obtained in person or from a select few reputable U.A.C.C. registered dealers. Signed cheques we have mounted with either pictures of the celebrity or artwork linked with them. We will issue a certificate of authenticity with all mounted film cell presentations and signed items (apart from official autographed trading cards issued as part of a trading card set. These are already authenticated by the trading card company issuing the card set.)

All our items are thoroughly inspected before dispatch and will be carefully packed. In the unlikely event that they are found to be in unsatisfactory condition they will be replaced or refunded.( Some of our items are quite unique and in the event of loss or damage only a refund would be given) However, we are not responsible for any items lost or damaged by the Post Office. All signed items will be sent by Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery post. Special Delivery will be required for any items over £28.

If you live in the area you are quite welcome to come and collect your order by prior arrangement with us. Also, if you would like to come and view our items this can be done but also by prior arrangement only.

At the moment payment can be made by personal cheque, postal order or PayPal. Cheques and postal orders should be made payable to

PayPal payments should be sent to paypal@cybercollectors.co.uk. It is easy to sign up to PayPal and they do not charge a fee to buyers. When paying with PayPal please state clearly the items required and your name and address. Once again, please check availability before sending payment.

Items will be held for 10 days only pending receipt of payment after which time they will be returned into stock if payment has not been received. Items will be shipped as soon as possible after receipt of payment by postal order or PayPal or upon clearance of payment made by cheque. 

PLEASE DO NOT SEND CASH THROUGH THE MAIL.

Postal charges will depend upon item(s) being purchased and will be advised upon placing order.
